Glossary

Agent / bot: An AI helper that can use tools to do a job for you.
CRAFT: Context, Role, Action, Format, Tone: a way to write a clear job description for a bot.
Setup prompt: The job description you paste into your bot first.
Connector / connect card: A box the bot shows when it needs permission to use an app, such as Google Sheets.
Label: Your laptop tag, e.g. [Laptop 3]. Put it at the start of every file or event you make.
Page: A document the bot creates that you can open and share.
Prompt: A message you type to the bot.
Human OK: The bot must ask you before it sends, books, buys or deletes anything.
